Grosse Ile residents are lacing up for a cherished island tradition: the Memorial Day 5K Race, returning on Sunday, May 26 at Grosse Ile High School. This year, the event transitions from the Island Road Runners to Conz Productions, bringing fresh energy while keeping the same well-loved, community-focused atmosphere.

The race offers something for everyone:

Registration and Pricing
Early bird registration is open until May 16:

5K: $40 (increases to $45 after May 16)

8K: $45 (rises to $50 afterward)

Late registrants (within 5 days of race day) may not be guaranteed medals.
Race Day Logistics

Bib pickup begins at 7:00 AM at Grosse Ile High School

This year, a special veterans’ donation initiative has been added in honor of Memorial Day.
